Changing my geniun DVD write

Respected sir

I have a compaq laptop series (V6316TU).

I bought it june and extended its warrenty. Last september, i found a problem in my DVD writer i fired a complain to the HP service center meerut (U.P). they changed my DVD writer to other company DVD writer. I found that mistake when in November my laptop was in problem of power failure and i complaint it to the service center meeut. Then they said that ur DVD writer is of another company and DVD writer is out of warrenty.

when i saw the DVD writer cover its compaq but it contain LG DVD writer internally.

because of its cover it appears as it is compaq DVD writer.

This kind of fraud they are doing with customer like me so i am kindly requesting you to please look into matter and make a possible solution to this problem

sir i want that a deterant action must be taken for them who are engaged in this kind of fraud practice to their customer

Please Suggest me How can i deal with them leagally.

I am in trouble please help
