Poor process and un-friendly to customers

PR COMPUTER CASTLE chennai (valsaravakkam):

They deal with repair, service on both computer hardwares and sofwares. They had serviced my laptop by replacing memory and HDD. But the service doesnt quite persist for long within six months, i met with an harddisk issue i went back to them to retrieve new piece which had warranty too. For this they took 2 months and still they are giving..I had already contacted several times and asked for updates but they were not responding or considering the impact of issues.

Once your product reached their office they play dumb, no proper feedback, the service is average..

I would say they are not best in terms of their service but know to market their name as brand..Please i suggest customers to do depth analysis and handover their valued electronic products to good service center..
