No tracing parcel

Respected Sir,

I have just started our B2B on line marketing. It is our first consignment that booked from China, Baimao (Hongkong) pvt Ltd on 06.01.2010.The packet contains Computer item (01pkt) of Rs.22, 040/-INR.It reached to Mumbai on 10.01.2010 and got released from custom as per party statement/on line tracking. The tracking consignment no is EE108258575CN.The same day it mooved to Kolkata. After discussion with EMS Speed Post Kolkata customer care executive i found that the parcel is not released from the custom. There is no any tracing of the material. As this item is very urgent to supply in Govt sector. I am in trading line for the last several years dealing with computer & electronic media products. I am having IEC No, VAT No, PAN No & trade No also. So you are requested to look into the matter at your own level.
