This is to inform you that we had purchased one printer Model No. M1005 MFP from your Authorised reseller Friend Computer Consultancy Indore Invoice No. FCC/JULY/42 on dated 29-07 but after 03 days later it had shown no. power indignation same we send it to your Authorised service Center Business Automation Pvt. Ltd. On dated 06-08 but still its kept at business Automation without check also no body has responding in this regards. Its not acceptable with new Product therefore requesting you to kindly Looking the matter and do the needful on urgent basis. Your earlier action would be appreciated.
