Comviva technalogy
Worked for 7 month but not provided any leaving lette

I have worked 7 month for comviva technalogy. But it has not provided me the experience letter. At the time of recruitment they have said that After six month depending upon your performance you will be permanent and your salary will be incremented. I have worked seven month for this company. But they have not incremented my salary. I was continued for same salary that is 6000 rs only. 6000 is very less salary in banglore. When I decided to resign they have not given neither the experience letter nor the leaving letter.

They wanted that i will be continue to do their sevice in that minium salary i, e 6000 Rs only.

Please kindly help me in getting the leaving letter.
