Politics & Attitude problem in management

If you receive any interview call from Concentrix or on behalf of Concentrix simply say not interested and disconnect the call. If you say "yes" you will be in deep trouble and your life will be miserable. After the candidate joining the company, they will conduct a client interview after one months training. If the candidate is not successful, the company will terminate the employee immediately. And the thing is, the company or the consultancy never say that there will be a client interview at the time of joining. The trainers are attitude people and there is a huge politics happening inside the company. My personal advise is dont join concentrix, if you have many commitments in life. The management people spoiling the company's reputation and soon the company is going to face a huge attrition. BEWARE OF CONCENTRIX.
