Reliance NetConnect Data Card

Hi,

I have purchased one Reliance NetConnect Data card from Connect India. They told me that I'll get 3.1 Mbps speed for sure.

After purchasing, I am not getting even more than 20 KBps speed. I called them but now they don't even want to talk about it. They clear told me that there duty is to sell the device.

I asked them that why they haven't provided proper information but now they are changing there commitment. They are saying that its connectivity speed only.

Please look into the issue.
