I ordered for a Tata Photon modem through "connectindia.in". An agent called me the next day and forced me to pay the cost of the modem through online payment. The modem is not delivered yet and it's being more than a week so I asked them to refund. But I didn't get even a single response from their customer team except the auto-gen email of my refund request. They even don't have any customer care phone numbers and if you email you won't get any response. I'm wondering how many are cheated like this every day by them.

Now I've the payment ID and every other details (email conversations with the agent). Where I can go for complaining? Please help.
