CQ 60 laptop
Inefficient Battery

I purchased a compaq cq 60 laptop on 2nd January. Normally a battery life lasts long. But in my case its the opposite. The battery hardly gives a back up of 15 to 20 minutes. Also it gets heated up within minutes troubling the functioning of the computer. This is not expected of a company like compaq/hp. I kindly request the company to replace my battery for free.
