Dell laptop ordered but not recieved yet

I have ordered for a dell studio-15 laptop on 28.04.10 of amount rs 46500/- by sbi cheque.

Earlier they told the delievery date as 06.05.10, but after calling regularly they are not giving proper answer. Their haedquater jaipur is not having the exact delievery date.

They have wasted my amount & time. I want to revieve my whole amount but are refusing.
