Creative inspire 4400
No authorized service center in India!

I purchased a creative inspire 4400 audio system in the year 2006. Since then I've been having problems with it. As noted by several frustrated users on the Internet, the volume control of creative audio systems easily begins to malfunction and tends to fluctuates the sound a lot. Creative acknowledged problem in it via email and says I'll have to get it locally repaired as they do not sell the spare separately and the also do not have any service centers in India, as noted in this email. So neither can I get a new hardware spare, inspite of the fact that i'm willing to pay for it, nor can I get it repaired as they do not have a service center in India and the local eletronic shop finds it too complicated to repair. This has rendered my Rs, 2500 system useless!

I request you to please ban creative from selling products in India untill they provide proper support.
