Dear sir i am senior citizen retired isro (dos) i purchased one dvd player (boom box) from bamgalore on 25 jun i came back ahmedabad . when i want to play dvd it stop any where. so i took it to ahmedabad croma delear . they told to meet my customer service centre i gave my set on 17 aug. after i asked so meny times but he told me that parts still i did not recieved . so plesae do needfull.
