Lack of service

I had purchased an HP pavilion laptop from Croma phoenix mills on 19/9 but I have not recieved the carry bag which comes with the laptop then after 4 days I purchased MTS Mblaze from Croma Ghatkopar but the downloading speed of device is not as promised by the company and there has been no response from the customer care too regarding my complaints.

Moreover a friend of has purchased Hp Pavilion laptop just a few days later and has been provided with additional free kit to which I have been told to give Rs.600 extra for the kit. I don't understand why there has been such biased behavior among the customers.

Please help me.
