Sir, I have purchased a Acer Aspire NB 4736 on 1.8.2009 vide invoice No. 162-3811 for anamount of Rs. 36, 999/. I have also an offer of 3% under paisaback scheme, which I had faithfully sent to your Mumbai address within the stipulated time through the courier giving my bank account No.etc. (SBI, Mylapore Branch SBAc No. 10476629986). It is more than 8 months and the eligible amount is still to be credited to my account. Please look into this for needful.
