Not returning Security Deposit

I am a Doctor and would like to bring to your notice that we had purchased a Laptop form Croma (Juhu) in the year 20/10 on EMI bascis by paying security amount of Rs. 13825/- now the terms of EMI is over and it more then one and half month and after giving reminder after reminder there is not responds form Bajaj Office which is located in Parel. The incharge person Mr. Prasad Kulkarni has given mobile number 9970160989 which is off whenever you call and office no 30922342 is been pick up by Mr. Amit who keeps customer on hold saying Mr. Prasad Kulkarni is busy, high of patient is that the manger is not there or have not come today he is Mr. Sumit Desai. Now from where should I claim my hard earn money which I paid by trusting this Bajaj Finance.
