Repair laptop not given back on time

I had purchase lenovo laptop from croma malad one yr ago with croma extended warrantee. After facing problem in start up of laptop I have submitted to croma goregoan on 27th Aug. Still after 1.5 month I didnt received my laptop back. Also there is poor auality of srevice provider. U cannot call directly to store. In addition to that service call center does not know any status about product.they are not serious abt service.
