Aakash Tab not working properly

I had booked aakash tab. Which got me on the 11th jan after delay. But it is not working properly. Its speed is very very slow. It even unable to open gallery or take 10 seconds if i change widget screen. nothing is working properly and many message shows the process not responding. Besides that It does not show any method to close any running application and also does not find any volume control in it. Its totally a waste of money for me. It is kept on shelf for almost 3 months. I dont know what to do now. this is last hope for me. Also no service center here in delhi.
