Not delivering of mobile

I booked my Ubislate7 Dec online, and post cheque of Rs.2, 999/- on Feb28 and my cheque clear on Mar12...

company policy that "first come first serve basis" and deliver Table in 6 week of the date of Payment...

but i still not receive my Tablet...

company also communicate me by e-mails but company do only formalities..
