No Response after payment done

I pre-booked a Ubislate7 Tablet pc in December (Booking ID PM20272). Later as per the instruction received from the datawind team, I made a payment Rs. 2999/- through Bank of Baroda cheque No: 000029 dt. 17-02-12 and courier the same on 18-2-12. The payment has been cleared from my bank but till date I have not received an acknowledgement for the receipt of payment. My repeated mail in this regard were also not answered. Now that my money is drawn from my bank and I am in total darkness when I will get the product. The customer care number provided by the team was never been answered.

In this situation, I want to confirm the Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd. has received my payment and also a confirmation on which date I will get the product. Please help
