Product delevery dealy and no proper response

Booking id for akash tablet: PS404608, (11-24).

On 3rd february they offered me the product delivery before march end 2012 on advance payment. I send cheque of 2999/. I got confirmation letter from datawind that they got my cheque. But I didn't get my tablet, not only they are not giving any information regarding product launch or delivery. So I want to know where to file complaint against that company or atleast want to know whether they send me the product or not.
