Datawind UBISLATE7
Non functional unit

I received the UBISLATE7 on 22.03. found it was not working. I called up Datawind -they suggested

downloading some aaplication from their website and then load it on the slate. Did not work, called again -was told to send a picture of the UBISLATE7 by mailo simranpal.singh@datawind.com -called up again -was told fedex will pick up and they will send a free relacement with ready to start tablet.-had spoken to Hempreet Kaur.

Please help me to get the Tablet replaced immidiately.
