No response from the company on Pre-order booking and No sign of the product as yet

I booked 2 UbiSlates for my kids in Jan. Payment was made on both these and after a few reminders DataWind gave me ack. The inital delivery was promised in March. After repeated mails, they finally sent me a mail dated mid-April that the delivery will be done between April 23 and May 7th.

Needless to say, there is no delivery done as yet. There are NO replies to mails sent to the Support ID. I dont think that is monitored at all. Their support number keeps on ringing.

I saw a reply from their support on this portal dated May 8th so I am trying my luck here.

Big question is when can I get delivery for the following two references?
