Non Activation of UBI surfe

I have purchased UBI SURFER from the distributor in kerala, M/S TECH LIFE INDIA, 33/1983, ARRAKAKADVU ROAD, VENNALA, KOCHI-682028, and paid the money for bill no:100 dated 14th August. I was told the equipment will be activated within 36 hrs, But till date the connection as per the offer, ie one hour surfing per day is not activated. My e mails to the original manufacturer UBi, London, U.K and Distributor at delhi has not received any reply.

i think i am being cheated of my money. The toll free number provided will not give any definite reply. Please help to resolve the complaint
