Hi, This is Chinnappa from Bangalore. I have purchased kids laptop (2 nos) for Rs. 1500. Order No - 105906 on 6th May. In the website, it was mentioned free home delivery of the product. After purchasing the coupon, I called the customer care and they promised me that the product will be delivered within a week. After that I called them around 8 times and mailed them around 7 times but they never gave me a proper reply. on 22nd July, they promised me that they would refund the money as they were unable to deliver the goods to Bangalore. But there was again silence from their side after this. Today again i called them and they refused to refund the money or deliver the goods. They asked me to collect the product from their vendor in Hyderabad. Also if I am unable to collect the product within 10th of August, I will neither get my money back nor the product. I think this company is a fly by night operator. Now looking at other complaints, I think this is a fraud company. What should be my next course of action.
