This is very unfortunate that i decided to buy a Dell inspiriion 15R laptop just because fast delivery and great customer satisfaction with fast assistance.

but what i got..i got nothing from there.

my laptop delivered after 1 month that is not told by dell... n after that i got wrong bag pack and 2 items are missing in my order.

I paid all money but got nothing its headache for me.now... now its about 2 months after order but i did not get my missing items and bag pack.

and there is no responsible person there to answer... they just had one answer that we are doing our best.thats not the way to doing things.

I DID BIG MISTAKE TO PURCHASE A DELL LAPTOP.
