Bluetooth Headset not Delivered

I have a dell xps 15 laptop. while placing the order dell promised me to give 1 year extended warranty and a bluetooth headset. they have given me the extended warranty but not the bluetooth headsets yet. my laptop was booked on 5th april and still i don't have not got the headphone. i have a written email from dell that they will give me an extended warranty and bluetooth headsets. the concern person is Gayatri Bopatrao.
