Payment made but goods not received

My daughter made a payment of Rs.7750/ for one adapter and 6 cell battery for her lapto DELL STUDIO 1535 on 16/11 through one Ms MEGHA over cell phone. Payment received confirmation was made by DELL through mail. They promised that the items will be recdived within 7 to 10 working days. But till date these have not been received. The payment has been confirmed from my credit card statement from ICICI Bank too. The payment was made to VIDUR AND CO PVT LTD. When contacted this company, even they showed their inability.
