Premature expiry of antivirus/Technical problems

I purchased Dell Inspiron laptop directly from Dell Bangalore on 23rd May.By January the lincessed version of Macafee antivirus got expired. Now i dont have any antivirus & the dealer say to buy a new version of antivirus.

Also I am not able to dowload any document etc from internet. The Error message of "Access Denied" appears everytime i try dowloading any documents/songs/pictures from my emails or even from safe internet sites.

i am not finding any support from DELL Services also.
