I had bought a Dell laptop on 6th February and within 15 days the system had developed hardware issues. I had logged a complain and still after a week of R&D done by them the issue has not been resolved. The techincal support as well as the customer care team is unable to understand the gravity of the issue and are just passing time. On asking for the replacement of the device the customer care is least interested in understanding the pain which the customer is going through and had failed to even revert back with a positive reply.
Dell had failed to provide a quality product and customer support and would not suggest anyone to opt for Dell product.
