Egardind charger, replacement of DVD-ROM and a physical issue

I have purchased dell studio-1555 in february..and during this time after 4-5 months i have come across to so much problems that i just shake my head to regret why i opted dell..its the screwed one...
i am not at all satisfied with the services of dell... and whenever i call the dell costumer care for help they just queue me up..
and when my turn comes they just abort my call..
problems being
1. my charger is not working
2.my DVD-ROM is not working
3.my laptop is going a physical damage..
this issue is important..could please anyone help me out... :(
