Hard disk failure

I have Purchased a dell inspiron 4010, 3 months back and hard disk has

crashed all of sudden, putting me at the risk of losing all my personal data

that i have stored in the laptop.

I have registered a complaint with dell case no-5796833, and there are

going to change the hard drive.

I want to raise certain points in this context about the kind of product

Dell india is selling through

1> Dell product has no reliability and have resorted to cheap tactics of

assembling low quality and very unreliable product.

2> Dell are selling substandard product to consumer in order to be competitive in the market.

3> Dell customer service executives are the most pathetic in there Customer

response and handling.
