This is DEVESH SRIVASTAVA. I have ordered Windows 7 OS DVD in the month of december. Since then, the customer care of Dell tells me that it will reach to me within few days but till today (17th Feb) it has not.
Everytime I call them, they give me the same answer that please wait for 4 days, you will receive it.
Kindly look into it.
