I had broken down with my brand new laptop Inspron 14R. I talked to dell customer care Executive Named Rajeev with reference of my service Tag no- 723X7BS on 17-2 at 10:30 AM. This guy wa so rude and instead of giving the solution, he was blaming me to keep my system update. according ti him I should not download the updates... I wasted my 25 minutes on this and I got the suggestion of not installing the updates. on my system. what the HELL...
If Dell is going to give this type of fabulous Customer support then everbody can think where it would be
