No proper solution for issues

I am calling to dell customer support for reinstalling my system, no proper solution after 1 month too, after complaining many times. after my purchase, the touch pad got faded and complained, no solution. now too same, i have to get it repaired from out side store. hard drive collapsed didn't get any solution and i got it changed from outside. now i am unable to install my original vista. i am calling for 1 month. no solution found yet.
