Sir,
i bought an laptop model vostro 1015 service tag no. FNQMKL1 with 1 year hardware waaranty from comcon a private shop in raipur. after few day lapto begin to hang 20 -30 minute after starting to computer..i went to comcon for this problem.they told me that we cant do anything this problem will be resolved by the dell service center.i called dell... after that they send a engineer for replacement of fan of laptop..but problem persist till now when i call service center they told me there is no problem with my laptop..so kindly take attension to my complain.
