Dell Laptop Inspiron 1420 screen goes Blank and i did call dell Technical support Team and also visited their workshop and was Advised to change the Screen with Brand new which was costing 14000.00

although lap top was just 1 year old, but i did not agree with them and i did get repaired with Dell engineer who is my friend he said it was loose contact problem and its working since last 4 years Dell product itself is # 1 but Dell Technical Team & customer care are fooling customers just by replacing parts the following is From Dell India read it

Break Fix 2 yr Next Business Day Warranty Costing Rs.15042/- including taxes
