DELAY IN DELIVERY OF! %R INSPIRON

I have placed a order on 30 Oct from DELL Exclusive showrrom in MUMBAI.

I didnot recieve any call for order confirmation after that.

When i call to TOLL Free no to ask abt my Laptop, They told me as Order was placed on 4th November (6 days delayed) and currently order was cancelled.

After three more days thy gave me another Order number (840539175). Its showing still wrk in progress status.

I really don know whether I ll get my Laptop this year or not.

I would really like to know whther will I get any compensation for my order or not and also when exactly my lapto[p will get delivered.
