REPLACEMENT of system

I had purchased a system from USA, and then i had brought it to INDIA. but after this my system gave me many problems, Battery went off. Then they sent the engineer to replace it. After that audio system got out of order and some error massage came while shutdown.then tey told me they will replace with new system and then did not do it.
