Dell people cheat me

Dell LED 20" Computer Monitor (3yr Warranty) Billed on June. At the time of purchase dealer offer me that any complaint within warranty will be replaced with a new one. Now its not working and registered the complaint and they delivered an old monitor and it is not working too. I am doing online freelance work.
