My Name is chandrasekhar.i have purchased a dell laptop Inspiron 1564 through staples store on 7th April. My Laptop Service tag is BQVD5BS, with in 8 months of my purchase the laptop shows some typical behaviors like blue screen errors, continuos beep sound etc. i have shown my laptop in dell service center and they replaced core parts like mother board, 2 RAMS.The continues beep sound issue got resolved but two new issues got introduced to my laptop one is over heating of mother board and too much fan noise. Again i visited dell service center and they replaced mother board and fan and some other parts. After replacing the fan with new one i am still able to hear the noise sound.
i strongly feel dell has cheated me by sending a substandard product.
Dell Should replace my laptop with a new one or should provide a waranty period for the repalcement parts and fix my issues.
Note :-my warranty period is going to be over very soon and i dont think dell will look into my issues once the waranty period is over
Please help me to take further action if possible
