Poor customer care

My DELL system is under warranty.8 months old bought for Rs.28, 000/-. There is some problem in my system. Whenever i try the Customer care No. i could only hear the automated voice recording telling 'OUR CUSTOMERS BUSY. PL WAIT YOU WOULD BE ATTENDED SHOTLY'. I couldn't get any person on line for Service. But if put the option for buying a new system, immediately executives are attending who could assist only to buy a new system.

Though the DELL has got uniqueness for its products, it is Very poor in service due to which slowly it may start loosing its name for its quality too. After sales service is very much important for any business. For example, LG. LG is the best one for after sales service for any products.
