Original vista software

I have purchase a dell desktop from Swetech Computer Consultancy, Civil Lines, Allahabad on 22/10 with this assurance that they will give me original vista with desktop. But when I bring the desktop at home it shows that activate your window, I make a complaint to shop keeper he suggested me contact Dell customer care center and Dell customer care center said that this model no BC944BS is supplied in free DOS state. Now I want to state that shop keeper has taken a cost on account of original vista software but he did not provided yet. I have already make two times complaint with shopkeeper.
