Dear Sir,
I have purchased a New Desktop Dell Computer (Model - Inspiron with Monitor 19" TFT) on 22.03.2010 from M/s Impulse Micro Electronic Pvt Limited, D-28, Sector H, Aliganj, Lucknow (impulse_lko@yahoo.com, 0522-2745310, 4016189) vide sales invoice No. IMPL/SL/565/09-10 Rs. 29978/- with a warranty for one year till 21.03.2011.
The above desktop is not working since 12th July due to some hardware probleme in CPU, hence i lodged complaint with my dealer and on custmer care no. 08025068026, 1800440011 but till now there is no response for the same.
Please look into the matter and solve my probles with extend the waranty of the said unresoloved period.
