Non compliance of request for quotation

I visited dell exclusive store on 2/03 and had a discussion with Mr. Aryan regarding

inspiron 15r DOS, 512 graphic card and i asked for a quotation. On 3rd when i opened my mail at 10:00 am i could not find any quotation in my mail box. I then contacted Mr. Ritesh Singh Ph. no. 0522-3295141, 40076186. Mr. Ritesh once again asked to sms my email I.D. to his contact No. 9919266668 which was duelly done at 11:30 am again when I checked my mail box at 1:46 pm the quotation was not in my mail box. I again contacted Mr. Ritesh and with a casual tone he said I'm send. This sort of employees are employed in your exclusive store?
