Delay in delevery

I have ordered two dell laptops on 3rd of april. Dell promises to delever each order in 12 working days but now they are saying to delever one laptop (order no. 0563415) on or before 23rd april and the second one (order no.0563658) on or before 3rd may. I am disappointed with their services as I needed my laptops very urgently as they are must for my business but now I have to wait for full one month for the laptop.
