Hello Sir/Ma'm

I've placed an order for Adaptor of Dell Inspiron Laptop on 16th April with Dell Sales deparment in Gurgaon. Payment was done online as per their system. It was told me that shipment will take place within 3-4 working days at the address given by me which is in the NCR itself (Greater Noida).

It has been now two weeks since I placed this order & yet i've not recived it. This is despite repeated reminders to them through various e-mails and phone calls to customer care & the concerned sales manager.

Each time the given answer was that it will be delivered to me asap. I asked for the courier service provider conatct numbers but the provided one are out of service. when i asked for latest contact details they are not answering to my calls.

It has been two weeks since i've used my laptop which is hampering my MBA & my wife's PHD preparation very badly.

This is a serious breach of consumer rights/ providing wrong information/ denial & delay in the service by a well recognized company.

If they have told me that the shipment will take at least 15 days then i've not placed the order to them & would have purchsed it from retailers.
