Dear sir, I had paid a amount of Rs7565 for the purpose of warranty extension to Mr. Satya Rai dell executive. Beneficiary Account Name: Dell India Pvt. Ltd. Account # : 0035439005 Bank Name: CITIBANK NA Address: Prestige Meridian II MG Road Bangalore – 560 001 Swift Code: CITIINBX MICR # : 560037002 IFSC code (for RTGS) : CITI0000004 on the date of 14th of july and my UTR no. is SBINH10195139507 and amount transferred in to the account no.099506044303 but from that day to till today i don't get any confirmation message regarding warranty extension.. my service tag no. is 9344CH1 and i had also said for change the ownership to india.. so please help me regarding this as i am facing some of the technical problem with my notebook...

i am an engineering student and i use to contact dell customer care centre daily but they do'nt provide me any sufficient information regarding my order status. as i have submitted complete money in advance then why are they not extending the warranty. my last hope is from to you, please help me as much as you can...
