While selling me the there complete cover warranty they called me everyday for 2 weeks, now when laptop need to avail this service DELL is not responding to my complaints from almost 1 month,

where as the complete cover warranty given by DELL say problems will be addressed next working day,

after long holds over customer care numbers, all representatives behaves like they are very sorry for the trouble but actually they are not.

all my travel plans are held up just because dell is not doing its job and for what they have charged abnoxious amount for laptop insurance.

my complain reference no are: 790505566918, 6910464, and so many informal commitments by dell.
