False Statement

This is Saravanan From Bangalore, I gave my Dell Streak to to Dell Service Center on 12/10 for the Display Damage.

They gave in the Written statement that i will get my mobile back in 2 business weeks. (Slip Which they Provided)

But, Its been two months still i did't get the mobile.

Even when i call there is no Proper Response.
