Wrong delivery

This is to inform you that, i hav ordered a laptop inbetween 1st-6th of oct.

but it was delivered wrongly wth different confugration, then i had lodge the complain to replace it wth actual laptop n confugration which i have ordered, they have comitted me to replace it wthin 20 working days.

now its been 2months gone, i havnt received my correct laptop yet,
